Q: What is this web site?
A: It's a blog -- short for web log. It's simply a place where people can post information about, well, anything they want. On this blog you're going to find commentary from a freedom-based point of view on North Carolina Politics and National politics. You'll also find quite a bit of silliness (as if politics didn't give you enough of it). The posts are arranged in sequential order with the most recent post at the top. As new posts appear, the older ones drop down, and eventually off, the page.
There's two main pages -- this page you're viewing now and the "permanent link" pages. Those appear with the comments -- when you follow the comment link.

Q: Where are the trackbacks for this site?
A: Sorry, trackbacks are broken. This servers trackbacks were overloaded with spam to the point where they were unusable. I tried to integrate Haloscan trackbacks, but those aren't working these days either. I'm considering writing my own, but I'm hopeful that the next generation of this server software will fix them. If you know of something like Haloscan that allows independent trackbacks, do let me know, please!

Q: Who can write comments?
A: YOU! Seriously, anyone can leave comments at any time on nearly any post. If you're looking at an old post, comments might be closed to reduce spam. Otherwise you can comment at any time on any thing. If your comment is way off topic or uses any language I don't like, I may modify or delete it. No, that's not censorship, that's my blog.
